Do you know where your next lead is going to come from? Well… I can give you a few strategies that Top-producing agents are leveraging right now. Maybe that will help you?
1 – Sphere of Influence
Reach out to your sphere. But do not reach out to sell. Reach out to have a conversation and solve as many problems as you can provide. Give value. Then question “Who do you know…” (ex: Who Do you know looking to sell in the next 60 days?). Center your mission, values, and vision when you are networking.
2 – Reels
It has never been so easy to reach the masses. Reels are a perfect way to tell your business secret tips and values to your followers so that they keep coming back for more such content. With 5 minutes of your time, you can get to hundreds of thousands into MILLIONS of people. How incredible is that?
3 – YouTube
YouTube has quickly become the primary lead generation tool for my agents. An agent in my group at eXp has become on of the Top agents in his first year just by doing property tour videos consistently every week. Even if you do not create many videos for your business, you can still easily reach an audience by advertising your content on other people’s videos. There is so much traffic on YouTube that I guarantee you will find potential customers as long as you cater to their needs.
4 – Open Houses
Tried and tested strategies still work. If you are willing to spend your weekends hosting open houses, I guarantee you a THRIVING business. Dedicate yourself to 4 open houses per weekend (two on Saturday and two on Sunday). When you start viewing open houses as an opportunity to build relationships and grow your sphere of influence, you will notice a significantly different response when you send follow-up messages to your clients.
5 – Leverage Success
Once you rent or sell a house… let the world know. Let the world know that you were successful in your craft. People will notice and start asking questions about real estate because they see you as a professional. Now… If you have NEVER sold a house before, then leverage the success of others. Share a case study of why the house down the street sold. Share how they upgraded some crucial features in the home that stood out.
